









Managing Subscriptions
You can manage your subscription with your NADdirect account. If you need help, please contact support@naddirect.com.
Some of our products are available on monthly subscriptions. This means you are billed and receive your product every month. You can cancel anytime after three billing cycles. |

Some of our products are also available on quarterly subscriptions. This means you are billed and receive your product every three months. You can cancel anytime after three billing cycles. |
Billing and Renewal
Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless cancelled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. The subscription can only be terminated after expiry of the minimum period subscribed for and any request received to terminate or cancel during the minimum period will only take effect on expiry of the minimum period. Your rights and obligations during the minimum period remain unaffected.
Returns
Where products are bought on a subscription basis, products supplied cannot be returned nor refunded except where defective or supplied in error.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us atsupport@naddirect.com.
Fee Changes
We may, from time to time, make changes to the subscription fee and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.
