I have been using NAD for just over a year now. I’m a woman in my early 40s and I’ve seen massive improvements since using this product. It’s the first time I’ve been able to grow my nails without them flaking off. My luteal phase has increase from 25/26 to 27/28 days which is what it was prior to me hitting the big 40. NAD also stops my sugar craving and I look leaner and carry less water. My sleep has also improved, I’m waking less during the night. All in all, it’s probably the only supplement I’ve taken which has produced, measurable and visible results. The only negative is the needles. I don’t like the ones that come with the pack so I purchase some pink Botox needles which are a lot nicer to use.
