I noticed that a lot of product comes out immediately after I attach the needle, which causes too much waste. Have not received a response from support.

All of the current cartridges contain an amount of overfill above the 3ml NAD+ to allow for small amounts of leakage. This does not affect the amount of NAD+ our customers should be receiving.
